PodPlurais is a podcast produced by Mentes Plurais Consultoria, a Brazilian consulting firm focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for organizations.

I was part of the production team, contributing to episode editing, art direction, visual identity elements, and the creation of opening stings and transitions. I also managed the release schedule for new episodes and assisted with audio and video capture during recordings, especially for special episodes filmed inside a movie theater, which required a more complex production setup.

One of the podcast’s signature segments, “Chunky Moment,” is a collaboration with Ben & Jerry’s, the global ice cream brand known for its strong stance on human rights, activism, and social justice and, of course, its famously chunky ice creams. In this segment, guests speak directly to the camera to share a short, meaningful message with the audience.
